Mobcraft Beer Dinner - 2018
Doc's Commerce Smokehouse partnered with local Milwaukee brewery, MobCraft Brewing Co., on January 25th to host a dinner pairing to celebrate them as brewery of the month.

The four pairings were as follows:
- Course 1: smoked deviled duck egg with MobCraft Dudeism White Russian Stout
- Course 2: DOC's wings with MobCraft Wake Up IPA
- Course 3: Brisket with MobCraft Black Whale Sour Stout
- Course 4: Cherry tart with MobCraft Laughing Cow Milk Stout @ DOC's Commerce Smokehouse
