Located in the historic Commerce Building in Milwaukee, WI.

Our process is simple yet difficult and we hold true to these Southern barbecue traditions.  The only ingredients we use in our meats are hickory smoke, spice, and time. We've taken local Milwaukee BBQ inspiration and added our Southern traditional flair to deliver authentic, mouth-watering smoked meats.   

We never sauce meat in the kitchen because we hope you will try the meat on its own, to taste the love and care with which it has been prepared. Then try it with our great regional sauces.  

Please note, because everything we smoke takes a lot of time, we may run out. If you have a large order, please call 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate you.
